He completed his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology in Gujarat: SVNIT, Surat and Post Graduation in Thermal Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. The possessiveness for the nation forced him to delve deeper into gorges of Indian Society. Presently, he is well settled as a Professor. He is well versed with the heavy subjects like Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, History, Economy, Geography, Polity and Religion. Need not to mention the Science subjects. He has an indepth knowledge in his favorite subjects: INDIA and HINDUISM. He is a proud nationalist and a devout Hindu.

A very interesting book!!!!

It is a must read for anyone who wants to understand the concepts of Hindu philosophy and apply them to have a balanced life.
Hinduism is a complex and vast concept. In this book the author has filtered just the apt information for you. Very Well written.
The Author explains how the nation was named as India and people living there as Hindu and why great Bhartiya Philosophy was regarded as Religion. He describes the importance of the four Purusharthas to have a balanced life. It gives a very good overview of concepts Discipline, Self-Rule (Anushasan), Swa-adhaya or study of self. He coined a new term “Mind-Body complex”. How yoga and meditation can help heal this mind-body complex. Very basic concepts of Hinduism ranging from Atma, Mind and body are described well.
The author has answered important questions like-
Why we are secular and also inquisitive about many things?
Why we are scientific in our approach?
Discussion about the definition of Secularism used in Indian which is completely different from that in US was really interesting.
The insights the book offers about a system created by Bharat Philosophers to balance the society and how this system was grossly misunderstood and dubbed as caste-system is great.
I think anybody with a least bit open mindedness will enjoy reading the book.
